The model of Oria series which is Oria O75D is a behind-the-ear BTE digital hearing tool which uses the technologically advanced dual mic system that amplifies anterior sounds so that speech sounds can be improved. The Speech Pattern Detection system of Oria O75D mechanically lowers background noise when no voice is detected.
